By accessing or using the Tibaldetox Europe website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and its services.

2. Services Description

Tibaldetox Europe provides:

• Information about Kambo medicine and traditional Amazonian healing practices
• Kambo ceremony sessions with safety-trained practitioners
• Practitioner training and certification programs
• Connection services between clients and verified practitioners

All services are provided under the supervision of trained professionals following traditional protocols and modern safety standards.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable laws
• Meet health and safety requirements for Kambo participation (assessed individually)

5. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Follow all preparation guidelines provided by practitioners
• Disclose all relevant health information truthfully
• Follow aftercare instructions
• Respect practitioners and other participants
• Not use services while under the influence of drugs or alcohol

6. Booking and Cancellation

6.1 Booking Policy

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment
• Pre-session health screening is mandatory
• Practitioners reserve the right to refuse service based on health assessment

6.2 Cancellation Policy

• More than 7 days before: Full refund minus processing fees
• 3-7 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund (may reschedule once)
• Practitioner cancellation: Full refund or rescheduling option
• Medical rejection: Full refund

7. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Tibaldetox Europe or licensed from Tribaldetox.com and protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Tibaldetox Europe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question
• We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• You assume all risks associated with participation in Kambo ceremonies

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tibaldetox Europe, its practitioners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of services, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
